Nagai 64NCDXT is a small high-performance paper guillotine that can cut paper of standard size of series A(636 × 939mm). It is equipped with safety devices such as the non-repeat system with a double-grip switch and the device for preventing the blades from going down twice. Light beam is available as option. It allows inputs of 512 processes in 99 addresses. The ability of feeding paper at any time enhances the safety and operability of the machines. Its main table is hard chromium-plated and air-cushioned.

Clamp
This machine is an oil pressure method given pressure suitable for quality of paper to with a lever. Because you tighten it with two phases so that paper does not slip off by the shock that increased pressure, you can put paper on the one side and add pressure and keep equilibrium.
High performance
If input are completed, 64NCDXT will notify you by sound, enabling the operator to confirm with their own eyes and ears that inputs have been completed properly. In addition, the high-performance 64NCDXT will enable data correction, insertion, format cutting, trim cutting, equal cutting, on-time cutting, repeated cutting, ten-key input, manual cutting adjustment, and automatic memorization. The machine operates in metric, shaku* and inch measurements and converts among three. Memorized data can be displayed again in any of the three measurements. * shaku is Japanese old style measurement unit.

64NCDXT is equipped with non-repeat method using a double-grip switch and the electronics safety beam using transparent light-emitting diode phototubes, as well as safety devices such as the emergency stop button and the device for preventing blades from going down twice.

Locking automatically adjustment handle
At the time of half automatic operation, setting dimensions do not change even if they touch it by mistake because it is locked automatically. It is the one of the safe functions that technology of Nagai was realized from an on-site voice.
Hard chromium-plated table with air cushion
Hard chromium–plated main and sub tables are equipped air cushion which enables to handle heavy paper easily. Air cushion can be stopped when cutting small size paper by ON-OFF switch or by programmed memory. Hard-chromium plate is rustproof and can stand long time using. The cut line indicates cut position and makes memory input easy.

Light Beam safety device
Light beam safety device is using light emitting diode which needs no bulb change. When the light blocked, the blade will stop immediately for operator protection.
Pedal to look at aim with oil pressure type
It is a soft, light operation feeling. I can operate the speed of the clamp continuously. The clamp reacts to the covering short foot that is delicate precisely. (The pedal cover is optional)
